My lifework is to assist the LGBTQ+ community with staying connected to families, friends and co-workers after they have announced that they are Queer.  I work with both individuals and companies to foster a better understanding of LGBTQ+ relationship dynamics and identity negotiations.

Individual Transformational Programs
As a dedicated Life Coach, I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and their families through the journey of coming out. My mission is to help families navigate this crucial time with understanding, compassion, and unity. Together, we work to foster open communication, strengthen bonds, and ensure that every family member feels heard and valued. By providing tailored guidance and creating a safe, supportive environment, I strive to keep families together, embracing each other’s identities with love and respect. My goal is to help organizations create an inclusive and supportive workplace where every employee feels valued and respected. By providing expert guidance, training, and resources, I assist companies in understanding and implementing LGBTQ+ inclusive policies, fostering a culture of acceptance, and promoting a diverse work environment.
